NY Times Feature

Today I want to share an article from the NY Times...

As a dietitian, this is something that I have been mindful of for a long time. To some, 2000 calories may seem like a lot, but you will be surprise at how quickly that number can be met. Not to mention, some Americans are now aiming for a little less than 2000 calories (~1600-1800 is a common range).
